Хто сидів у річці
Мавпочка весела Фрузя
Дуже любить своїх друзів.
В лісі, в полі, в річці, в лузі –
Всюду друзі є у Фрузі.
Бігла Фрузя через річку
В ліс провідати лисичку.
Глянула у воду з кладки,
Бачить: там сидить звірятко –
Довгий хвіст, кумедне личко –
Фрузі вилита сестричка.
Фрузя кличе: - Йди сюди
Із холодної води!
Але мавпочка з води
Кличе Фрузю: - Йди сюди!
Насварилась Фрузя в річку:
Не дражни мене, сестричко!
Скорчила сердите личко,
Показала язичок
Й тиць у воду кулачок.
Довго річка хвилювалась,
На всі боки розливалась.
Фрузя що? Сидить терпляче,
Хоче звіра знов побачить.
Може він злякався й втік,
Як уздрів її язик?
Але що це? Вріз із річки
Показалось люте личко
З от-такенним язичком,
Ще й грозиться кулачком.
Ти вже, певно, здогадався,
Хто у річці тій ховався?
Віршовані казки дуже яскраво сприймаються дітьми, навіть - а, може, й особливо - знайомі сюжети малюки слухають із захватом, а потім просять читати ще і ще.
